How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 
Direct Clothieres offers free shipping on all orders. For orders outside of the United States, we will evaluate the cost and work to earn the business of our international clients.
  • Free Shipping by UPS (Ground) in the Continental United States.  In-Stock items usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.  Special order items will be shipped upon arrival from manufacture. 

  • For Faster Delivery you may contact us at 1 877 534 7328 to expedite the shipping

  • Should you have any other special request regarding shipping, please make a note as you check out
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. (1.877.534.7328)
What is your return policy?
  100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In-stock (ready made) items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery provided they have not been worn or altered (this does not apply to Custom-Build Your Own Special Ordered items, see below). After 45 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defect only. All Refunds will be paid by credit to the original credit card.

Due to the nature of “Custom-Build Your Own Tailored Clothing, Shirts & Belts” customers will have 72 hours after order is submitted to cancel any special order items. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained after 72 hours by Direct Clothiers. No returns or exchanges on custom special orders with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. The following items are considered to be “Special Ordered”, tailored clothing by Oxxford Clothes, Brioni, H. Freeman and Hickey Freeman (suits, sport coats, dress trousers, tuxedos & top coats) and Custom Shirts by Direct Clothiers, Robert Talbott & Brioni.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
