As always, Direct Clothiers will ensure your complete satisfaction on all of your selections regardless weather they are from the Immediate or Special Order Collections.
Please, for Special Orders we ask that you provide us with the most accurate sizes possible. Each garment is being made especially for you and we do not want to disappoint anyone. So, if you have any questions regarding fit, size, model, fabric or any other related information needed to help you place your order, please call us at: (415) 883-4459 we will be most happy to assist you.
Return Procedure
- Call us for a Authorization Number (RTV)
- On the Outside of the Carton please put the authorization number (RTV #)
- On the Inside of the carton please include: Name, Phone Number and a copy of your Receipt.
- All Original Tags Must Be On The Garment and Not Worn!
Credit/Refunds
- Credit will be issued the same way it was paid for
- Credit will be issued for merchandise only, not shipping
- Full credit will be given provided the garment(s) has not been worn and the original tags are still in-place

- Robert Talbott: Special Order (SO) Shirts are shipped in approximately Five (5) weeks.
- Oxxford Clothes: Special Order (SO) Clothing are shipped in approximately Seven (7) weeks.

| Shipping Information In Stock (IS) Merchandise |

- Shirt Orders will usually be shipped within three working days
- Clothing Orders will usually be shipped within five working days

| What does " In Stock (IS)" clothing mean? |
| |
It is merchandise already made by the manufacture in a specific model and is in the sizes posted, ready to be shipped. |
| What does " Special Order (SO) " mean? |
| |
This is where we give our customers the opportunity to purchase merchandise in different models, options and sizes. Giving you the advantage of a much larger selection of fabrics and options that fit your needs in your exact size as well as style you enjoy wearing. Each piece of clothing is made especially for you, to your specifications.
Examples:
Lets say you only wear White Collar shirts with French cuffs. Now every shirt fabric you see can be made for you, in the style you enjoy.

| What if my clothing needs alterations? |

Direct Clothiers will be happy to reimburse you for the following alterations that you may incur from your purchase. Simply send us your Tailoring Receipt and we will issue you a check (not to exceed) for the amounts listed below:
- Suit (coat & pant) we will allow up to $100.00
- Sport Coat/Blazer we will allow up to $80.00
- Trousers we will allow up to $20.00
- Outerwear Jackets we will allow up to $40.00
