How do I return an item?
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In-stock (ready made) items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery provided they have not been worn or altered (this does not apply to Custom-Build Your Own Special Ordered items, see below). After 45 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defect only. All Refunds will be paid by credit to the original credit card.
Due to the nature of “Custom-Build Your Own Tailored Clothing, Shirts & Belts” customers will have 72 hours after order is submitted to cancel any special order items. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained after 72 hours by Direct Clothiers. No returns or exchanges on custom special orders with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. The following items are considered to be “Special Ordered”, tailored clothing by Oxxford & Brioni (suits, sport coats, dress trousers, tuxedos & top coats) and Robert Talbott (shirts & belts).
